Dual Company Setup Packagewith expert lawyers

We’ll set up your business under a dual company structure. This package includes:

• An initial consultation with a Sprintlaw lawyer
• Completing applications to register 2 companies with Companies House (an operating company and a holding company)
• An electronic company register pack, including the Certificate of Incorporation, Model Articles, and the appropriate incorporation resolutions
• Drafting an Intercompany IP Licence for use between your holding and operating companies

For company registrations, please note that we may use a third-party service to facilitate incorporation of your entity. This will involve sharing certain information with them for incorporation.

Please also note that, as part of this project, Sprintlaw will act for your company rather than the founders individually. As the entities have not yet been established, one of the founders will sign the formal quote on behalf of the company. We do not represent the personal interests of any founder or other party, as this may create a conflict of interest.

We cannot assist with registered office addresses, directors’ service addresses, or business trading addresses. If you need help with this, we can refer you to someone who can assist.

Important note about signing: once your company is registered as part of this Register a Company package, you agree on behalf of the company that the company will be our client for the remaining scope of this proposal, including preparation of any documents under it.
